must always wet your lenses with tap water or a special spray before
you clean then dry them with a cleaning cloth or soft paper towels.
Never rest your glasses face down on their lenses. The best place
to keep them is in their case.
Lastly,
always use both hands when putting your glasses on or taking them
off. This will help keep your glasses in adjustment for a longer period
time.
