Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped as they are ready. When items are in stock they typically ship within 1-2 days, however items on back order can take longer.
Returns & Replacements
We accept all glasses and sunglasses for refund within 10 days of purchase if there is manufacturer defect, a shipping error, or an error with the prescription or lens quality. We cannot issue refunds on pairs that do not fit as expected or don't meet the customer's aesthetic needs. In this situation we'll gladly switch out the pair you don't like for a different pair that works better..
If you’re not 100% happy with your eyewear for any reason, we’ll accept exchanges within 30 days. Just call or email us and we’ll send you a free pre-paid shipping label for you to send back your frames—your domestic shipping return is completely free.
